Bill has been with ValleyCrest Companies since 1980. He came to ValleyCrest after serving the company as an attorney and Partner with Monteleone & McCrory, a Los Angeles-based firm specializing in construction law.

Bill received his J.D. from Loyola University School of Law in 1971 and was admitted to the California Bar in 1972. A Brooklyn native, he completed his undergraduate studies at California State University Northridge and served in VietNam as an officer in the U.S. Navy.
