Steven L. Phillips, Ph.D., joined ValleyCrest Companies as Senior Vice President, People Development in December, 2006. A well-known executive coach, speaker, author and management consultant, Steve is responsible for driving our company’s initiative in professional development and training.

Steve is recognized as an innovative practitioner in strategic business planning and leadership development. He has worked with senior executives at the world’s most respected companies, such as Microsoft, PepsiCo, Viacom, Mattel, Disney, and Universal, to help individuals, teams and entire organizations achieve new levels of performance and success.

A Los Angeles native, Steve received his Master’s degree in Organizational Communication from Purdue University and his Doctorate from the University of Southern California. He has served on the faculties of Purdue University, San Diego State University and the University of Southern California.
