Greg Pieschala joined ValleyCrest Companies in January 2000 as Executive Vice President. A knowledgeable and proven management strategist, he was a driving force in developing best practice initiatives that significantly enhanced the company’s resources and performance capabilities. Today, Greg oversees ValleyCrest Golf Course Maintenance, a division that provides golf course maintenance services to golf courses and country clubs throughout the nation.

Prior to ValleyCrest, Greg served as the principal/co-leader of West Coast consumer and entertainment practices at McKinsey & Company, Inc., in Los Angeles, where he worked closely with senior management teams to design and execute comprehensive programs to increase shareholder value through revenue growth, cost reduction and capital management. He was also responsible for business development, client relationships and financial performance.

Before joining McKinsey & Company, Inc., he worked as a buyer for Bullocks Department Stores in Los Angeles. Greg’s community affiliations are many. He has served as Chairman on the Board of Directors for the Weingart Center Association and is currently a member of the Board of Overseers for the Huntington Library Art Collection and Botanical Gardens in San Marino, California. Greg is also a director of the California Golf Course Owners Association.

Greg received an MBA with distinction from Harvard Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University.
