Pam Stark is Vice President of Customer Satisfaction for ValleyCrest Companies. In this role, she oversees the company's customer satisfaction program-an initiative she launched more than 15 years ago. Her personal interviews, customer satisfaction surveys, reports and analysis have become the foundation for quantifying service excellence and the standard by which ValleyCrest sets its nationwide service goals.

An employee for over 30 years, Pam began her career with ValleyCrest as a gardener. Before landing in the company's corporate office, Pam worked for the landscape maintenance division, serving in field operations, as an estimator and business developer, and later as a branch manager. Over the course of her career, she has been instrumental in establishing horticultural quality standards that are part of the best practices for service excellence.

Pam is an honors graduate from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Ornamental Horticulture.
