ValleyCrest Companies corporate campus in Calabasas, California, has a 360° panoramic view of the San Fernando Valley, Santa Monica Mountains and Santa Susanna Mountains. The centerpiece of the 3-acre site is an 80,000 sq. ft. 3-story office complex designed around a 3,500 sq. ft. interior atrium.

As owner and general contractor, ValleyCrest self-performed pad preparation, site utilities, hardscape and landscape, and oversaw a comprehensive scope of site improvements including grading, storm drains, site electrical, sewer, gas, water, data and communication lines, and pavement work. Along with the infrastructure elements, ValleyCrest installed decorative concrete pavement, stonework, water features, site furnishings, lighting, signage, trees, irrigation and plantings, including the landscape of the building's 3-story interior atrium.
